The leadership team consists of Deep Mehta (Co-founder), Deepak Yewle (Co-founder), Marmik Ajmera (Co-founder), Abhijeet Balshankar (Art Director), and Sarvesh Blanc (Creative Director) is at the forefront of reinventing the meaning of digital marketing at the company. They have different roles and responsibilities to execute at DigiChefs. For Abhijeet, his job responsibilities include instructing the team of its designers to execute the vision provided in the campaign, give them a clear direction about the client’s expectations and campaigns. He has to do brainstorming sessions with the copy and social media team for the campaigns. He also has to make sure that the visual look and feel of the accounts are maintained, and the marketing material going out on social media channels and ads is visually appealing, and the message is conveyed.
As the Creative Director, Sarvesh’s role is to keep the flame of creativity burning bright & serve as the lighthouse for effective communication. He has to perform various tasks which include molding young talent & guiding them in a direction to master the creative process, upgrading systems & skills in tandem with evolving needs of the market, observing, decoding & implementing trends to create impactful work, setting up processes to improve the efficiency of services & people, and much more.
As the Co-founder, Deep manages two roles – business development & leading the innovation lab.
