The agreement entails the management of two properties – Oakwood Resort & Flats Hyderabad and Sensation Flats Bangalore, managed by Oakwood, which is the pilot of a brand-new smooth model, with extra tasks within the pipeline. Oakwood’s India footprint presently spans Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. By way of this partnership, Oakwood will fortify its presence in India’s key cities and speed up its purpose to double its international portfolio of managed properties by 2025.
Oakwood presently manages 4 properties in India with a fifth property slated to open within the first quarter of 2024. The addition of Oakwood Resort & Flats Hyderabad and Sensation Flats Bangalore, managed by Oakwood, will enhance the group’s portfolio inside India to seven properties by the tip of 2024.
Oakwood has signed a partnership with Sensation Group to fortify its presence in India’s key cities and accelerate its goal to double its global portfolio of managed properties by 2025.
Sensation Apartments Bangalore, managed by Oakwood is a 1,200-unit property that is slated to open in 4Q2024. Located in the Sadahalli Village in Bangalore North, Devanahalli, the property is within a 20-minute drive from the Kempe Gowda International Airport in Bangalore. The property will offer meeting rooms and co-working spaces, a dining room, a fitness center, a play area for children, and laundrette facilities.
